Find some examples of newspaper
(or magazine) stories that talk about a marketing situation, in which one
or more of the 6 environments can be seen to be influencing the business.
Eg. a newspaper story about
McDonald's changing the menu - in response to the social/cultural environment
of people wanting to eat more healthy
Eg. a story about a car
company offering 0% financing - in response to the poor economic environment
which means people have less money
1. Write your comments on
one page
2. Attach them to the story
3. In the following class,
one member of the group will stand up and tell, briefly, to the class,
what you found, and how the marketing situation was effected by the particular
environment.
