To Make an appointment for your video presentation

- as explained in class , 

  1. do your video with a partner
  2. after you do the video, watch yourself and mark yourself using the Evaluation Form
  3. look at the times listed below
  4. pick a time
  5. email or phone the professor and tell him the time you have selected
  6. he will then add your name into the schedule
  7. the professor will add in your time to the list and re-post the web page as confirmation
  8. show up on the day and at the time of your presentation, with your partner
  9. give the video you made to the professor
  10. give the evaluation form to the professor
  11. watch the video with the professor
  12. he will give you some suggestions about the video as you are watching it together
  13. be prepared to answer questions about how you could have improved your performance
  14. the professor will then mark your Evaluation Form
  15. then you'll watch the other portion of the video with your partner
  16. then you are finished
(you do not have to use a partner who is a Seneca student - you can use anybody for your partner)

If, for some reason, the equipment you used to record the video failed, and your tape does not work when you intend to present it to the professor, this will be considered your fault. You will be given one additional chance to make a second appointment - if that second appointment is not concluded satisfactorily, you will fail the assignment.

It is extremely important that if you make an appointment to meet with the professor, to show and discuss the video - that you do indeed keep the appointment. It is very difficult to schedule many things at the end of term of term so if you do not keep an appointment, it is possible that you will not be able re-schedule, and you will fail the assignment.
