In the March 2001 issue of ComputerWorld Canada, a short story was carried about Hackers in the United Kingdom now being identified as cyberterrorists under the "Terrorism Act of 2000" In the U.K., the "Terrorism Act of 2000" is intended to extend the definition of what is legally a terrorist and now includes hackers.
